She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Earl and Virginia Marcella Mowery Vallandingham; and her sister Nancy Jo Mershon (Richard). She is survived by: her husband Charles Robert "Bob" Seymore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Portsmouth Motorcycle Club to assist with their charity drives.
