She was predeceased by: her father John Ansel Casey. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Ellen Bailey Green of Portsmouth; her daughters, Stephine Lynn Llewellyn of Minford and Julie Kay Johnson of Portsmouth; and her sister Johnnie Manchester of Portsmouth. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A memorial service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
