She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard "Dick" Martin and Helen Hinkle Martin; and her husband James Dean "Otto" Packard. She is survived by: her sibling D'Nita Martin; her children, Robert Riley (Anna Will) of Sciotoville, Alisha Dunn (Jessie) of Marion, Ashley Riley (Jason Craig) of Portsmouth and Raven Dyer of Sciotoville; her siblings, Eric "Stevie" Martin (Teresa Jenkins) of Wheelersburg, Richard "Dickie" Martin of Florida, Albert Spears of Portsmouth, Richie Lennox, Tammy Hall (Eric Raines) of Wheelersburg and Angie Colley of Lucasville; her grandchildren, Hayley, Brittany, Sierra, Jaylee, Mikaela, Raquelle, Rayden, Levi, Whitney, Morgan, Riley and James; and her great grandchild Brinleigh.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brant Funeral Service (422 Harding Ave, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
