He was predeceased by: his brothers, Willard, Eddie, Elvie and Emerson Winn. He is survived by: his wife Maltie Spencer Winn; his children, Joey (Rina), Brian (Sherry), Jeff, Jimmy, Rufford Winn Jr. (Lena) and Loretta Chapman; his stepson Jeff Godfrey; his siblings, Estel, Russell, William, Steve Winn, Jeanette Twinem, Norma Large and Glenna Reed; his grandchildren, Brittany Winn, Joseph Winn and Loretta Kay Chapman; his brother-in-law Thomas Spencer; and also Sandra Hampton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
