He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Phillips and Gracie Ison Phillips; his wife Katie Little Phillips; his siblings, Merlyn, James, Thomas Phillips, Marie Hayes, Maggie Hill, Genevieve Thomas, Opal Phillips and Loretta Phillips; his grandson Levi; and his great grandchild Maci.
He is survived by: his pet Gabe; his children, Tommy Phillips (Jessica), Juanita Holloway (Keith) and Sabrina Newell (Ben); his grandchildren, Brian, Danny, Hunter, Briana, Brittany and Tomi; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Brian, Koby and Silas; and his sister Janice Blevins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
