He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Dunn Miller; his daughter Connie Lynn; his son-in-law James Piekenbrock of Miamisburg; his son Todd Dean; his daughter-in-law Pamela Sue Miller of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Michael Piekenbrock and Megan Miller; his great grandchildren, Brody, Logan, Aliana and Lachlan; and his close friend Meredith Glaze. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and their families; and many friends.
