He is survived by: his wife Eydie Burton Neace; his son David Neace (Amy) of Portsmouth; his granddaughters, Maddi Wright and Jayla Whitley; and his siblings, Robert Eugene Neace (Joyce) of Newport, KY, Jack Neace (Donna) of Wilder, KY, James Steven Neace of Ft. Thomas, KY and Elizabeth "Libby" Jones (Mike) of Ft. Thomas, KY.
