He is survived by : his wife Bobbie Crist Osborne; his children, Jozef Osborne, Chasen Burk (Bailee Fannin) of Sciotoville and Lillian Osborne; his mother Judy Frazier (Wilson) of Coal Grove; his siblings, Michael Conn of Ashland, KY, Ronnie Woodruff (Becky) of Portsmouth, Lory Scarberry (Butch) of Ashland, Lisa Patrick (Donnie) of Ashland, Carlotta Conn (Zach) of Ashland, Diana Fortune (Christopher) and Candace Mitchell of Portsmouth; and his grandson Asher Burk. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews and cousins.
