Robert Scott Winebrenner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2023, at the age of 70, Robert Scott Winebrenner of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Winebrenner and Mary Jane Winebrenner (Daniels). He is survived by: his wife Kay Winebrenner (DeLotell); his sons, Scott Winebrenner (Tiffany) of Rosemount and Justin Winebrenner of Rosemount; and his siblings, Rick Winebrenner and Cindy Schoettle (Sam) of West Portsmouth. He is also survived by three grandchildren and a niece and nephew.
