He is survived by: his wife Anna Keibler of Portsmouth; his children, Steven Keibler of Colorado Springs, CO, Robert Scott Keibler (Lynn) of Portsmouth, Michael Keibler (Kristina) of Portsmouth, Vickie Crouch (Bill) of Colorado Springs, CO and Tammy Lawson of Wheelersburg; his sister Marjorie Bloomfield of Portsmouth; and his grandchildren, Amanda Bentley, Heather Rachford, Jason Crouch, Justin Crouch, Matthew Payton, Brooklyn Keibler, Breanna Keibler, Kelsie Keibler and Kaylie Keibler. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
