She is survived by: her parent Playing Tennis; her uncles, Bill Crawford and Jim; her aunt Jean Belveal; her daughters, Nikki Crawford (Chad) of Sciotoville Ohio and Sandy Montgomery (David) of Minford Ohio; her siblings, Susan Gentil (Dave) of Columbus Ohio, Sarah Jones (Bill) and Andy Smith (Leeann); her grandchildren, Alexis, Declan, David (Bub), Kypton, Traidyn, Lydia, Tykon, Syleigh, Braylie and Kayliee; and her boyfriend Fred "Dewey" Mick. She is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
