He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Shonkwiler and Betty Smith Crabtree. He is survived by: his sister Veronica Sue Baker; his niece Kristen Owens-Nicholson (Mark); his great-nephews, Bentley Shonkwiler of Anthony, Cole and Oliver Owens-Nicholson; and his stepfather Bud Dodds.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663).
