She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Ray Blake; her parents, Sanford Clydewell and Ida Catherine Cooper (Fitch); and her siblings, Sanford, Roger, Pat and Irene.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Blake Jarvis (Scott) of Wheelersburg, Kenneth Blake (Samantha) of Wheelersburg and Michael Blake (Tina) of Franklin Furnace; and her sister Doris Blake (David) of Clarksville, TN. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
