He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bower and Gladys Bower (Ritchie); and his brothers, Eric Bower and Craig Bower. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Salyer of Wheelersburg.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the D. W. Swick Funeral Home (1104 Harrisonville Ave, New Boston, OH 45662). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
