He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Rowe; and his parents, Alva Rowe and Mabel Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Don Rowe (Wendy) of Lyles and Larissa Lee (Billy) of Dickson; his brothers, Albert, Alvis and Freddy Rowe; and his granddaughter Melinda Pope. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
