It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia McGowan (Portsmouth, Ohio), who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Garrett and Geneva Garrett (Hill); and her brother Doug Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Charles McGowan of Portsmouth; her children, Charles McGowan, Jr. of Portsmouth and Michele Lucas (James) of Crown City; her siblings, Scott Garrett of Columbus and Sandy Hall of Gallipolis; her grandchildren, Courtney Burton (Brandon), Chasity McDanial (Christopher) and Justin Whisman; and her great grandchildren, Eli, Peyton, Malaki, Colton and Brayden.
