It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Marie Stout (Portsmouth, Ohio), who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Madeanna Adkins Stout; and her grandparents, Albert, Clara Marie Stephenson Stout, Jim and Patricia Magee Adkins.

She is survived by: her father Randy Stout. She is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
