It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noah Albert Edward Luther of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Albert Luther, Mary Luther, Brenda Sheppard and Paris Sheppard; and his uncles, Arnold Luther and Paris Lee Sheppard Noah.
He is survived by: his parents, Roger Luther and Gina Ledford Luther; his grandfather Donald Ledford; his half-brother David Whitby; his niece Nicole Whitby; his cousin Selena Vaques (Rosalea Rodrigues); his aunts and uncles, Angie Rawlins, Frances Luther, Crystal Buckler, Pamela Sheppard, Nancy Caceres Sanchez, Thomas Sheppard and Kenny Holsinger Jr.; and his close friend Laura Pitts.
