He was predeceased by: his sister Sarah E Adkins. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Adkins and Pamela Adkins (Liles) of Portsmouth; and his siblings, Jason L. Adkins (Crystal Nichols), Anthony M. Adkins (Emily Pelfrey), Matthew (Melinda Adkins) and Rebecca (Michael Harris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
