He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lehn and Floris Dixon Lehn. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ogg Lehn; his children, Michael D. Lehn II, Eric Lehn of North Moreland and Kelly West (Robert) of Lucasville; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Davis (Stuart), Jordan R. West (McKenzie), Brandi Billiter (Eric) and Zachary Lehn. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
