He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pennington and Helen Caudill Pennington; and his brother Jim Snook. He is survived by: his wife Davena Light Pennington; his daughter Olivia Pennington (Chad Welch) of Portsmouth, Ohio; and his siblings, Rich Snook (Mamie) of McDermott, Paul Compliment (Marion) of Tipp City, Danny Pennington of West Portsmouth, Ohio and Linda Smith of Troy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East.
