Mary Geneva Lavender Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Geneva Lavender of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Jenkins and Virgie Jane Ferguson McClendon; her son Bryan Hall; her sister Evelyn Toppins; her half-siblings, Steve, Fred, David Jenkins, Freda Gable and Bonnie Phipps; and her stepsister Catherine'Kitty'Weaver.
She is survived by: her daughter Sonya Darice Bridwell of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Zachary Hall, Meagan Hall, Alexandra Nolan and Aaron Evans; her great grandchildren, Zach Jr., Aaliyah, Zayden Hall, Eemilia, Uzziah, Jair Hall and Schyler Evans-McKenzie; and her great great grandchildren, Ella, Wyatt Williams and Cayden McKenzie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
