She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur "Junior" and Sarah Elizabeth "Sadie" Combess; her husband Charles Edward "Ed" Hayslip; and her parents-in-law, Clarence and Agnes Hayslip.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Lynne Podobnik (Jeffrey) of Florida, Andy Edward Hayslip (Loretta) of Alabama and James Patrick "JP" Hayslip (Ashley) of New Jersey; her grandchild Major Tyler Edward Podobnik (Alexandra); her children, Cooper Jeffery Podobnik, Conner Edward Hayslip, Hunter Patrick Hayslip, Trever Andrew Hayslip, Joshua Cambell Podobnik and Gabrielle Olivia Hayslip; her great grandchild Sadie Ann Podobnik; and her grandsons, Hugh Edward Podobnik and Charles Edward Hayslip.
