He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Grose and Anna Grose. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Stinziano (Mike) and Lori Chrisman (Bob); his grandchildren, Michaelena and Michael Stinziano (Caroline); and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Riley and Gianna.

Memorial contributions may be made in Lowell's name to the Shawnee State University Development Foundation for the Friends of Shawnee Scholarship.
