He is survived by: his children, Larry "Boomer" Neal II of Minford, Sherri Lynn Brunner (Scott) of Rosemount and Angela "Pickle" Keeton (Gary) of Minford; his brothers, Harold "Shorty" Neal (Jean) of Portsmouth, Tim Neal (Myra) of Otway and Ron Neal of Wheelersburg; his grandchildren, Amber Bussler, Scott Brunner, Jr., Jessica Neace (Tim), Jacob Keeton, Mariah Neal, Kendra Neal, Kyle Neal and Kadin Neal; and his great grandchildren, Barett Beauen, LydaBeth Conner, Makenna, Layla and Ivy.
