He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman E. Harris and Hannah Elizabeth Stumbo Bixler; his stepfather John Bixler; and his brother Dale Harris. He is survived by: his wife Judy Harris; his children, Ryan Harris, Linda Smith, Marsha Adkins, Lisa Whitten and Tracy Diehl; and his brothers, Bob Bixler and Johnny Bixler. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home (11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694).
