He is survived by: his wife Pamela Pennington; his children, Christopher Todd Pennington of Florida and Angie Burrow of Columbus; and his half-sister Sharon Sherman (Tony) of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many friends and co-workers.
