He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kevin W. Payne of Portsmouth and Lori Frye of Carthage, Texas.; his daughter Lillian Payne of Murray City; and his brothers, K. C. Payne of Texas and Chase Payne (Desiree) of Florida. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
