She was predeceased by : her parents, Perry Ray and Francis Jane Munion (Neal); her daughter Kathryn Slack; her siblings, Perry Ray Woodrow and Barbara Pierce; her nephew Joseph Pierce; and her niece Samantha Pierce.
She is survived by : her husband Scott Slack of Portsmouth; her daughters, Vanessa Slack (Shane Thomas) of Portsmouth and Kristin Slack of New Boston; her brother Dwayne "Bub" Woodrow (Stephanie) of Franklin Furnace; Justin (Santana) Woodrow, Jozi (Jeffery) Murphy and her grandchildren, Tiana, Tamya, Alanna, Maddilynn, Danelle, Bradlee and Shane.
