He is survived by: his parents, Rick Jenkins (Laurel) and Mary Blaine Jenkins; his stepdaughters, Hailey Virgin, Toni Murray and Breanna West; and his siblings, Brandy Moore (Jeff), Jason Jenkins (Carey) and Rickey Jenkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
