He is survived by: his children, Carrie Blankenship (Doug) of Barboursville, WV, Richard Pack of Huntington, WV, Robert Pack (Nikki Moyer) of Cape Coral, FL, Margaret Johnson of South Shore, KY and Jessica Johnson of Portsmouth, OH; and his siblings, Clifford Pack of Rennsselaer, IN, Ralph Pack of Lebanon, TN and Bessie Hesson of Rennsselaer, IN.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
