He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Johnson; and his brother Gary Lee Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Dixie Brown (Keaton); and his siblings, Larry J. Johnson (Annette) of Kentucky, Billy Ray Johnson (Robin) of Bucyrus, Carolyn Sue Evans (Larry) of South Webster, Donna Fay Fletcher (Rocky) of Sciotoville, Mary Jane Mullett (David Freeland) and Dixie Mae Vulgamore (Robert) of Lucasville.
The family request donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
