He is survived by: his wife Wanda Bender Lilly; his children, Billy McGraw of South Charleston, OH and Kimberly Hutchinson (Doug) of Fairborn; his grandchildren, Tyler Hutchinson (Lauren), Zachary McGraw (Taylor), Ally Hutchinson (AJ) and Shelby Phillips (Nick); his great grandchildren, Landen, Hailey, Paisley, Bentley, Beckett, Peyton and Will; his brother-in-law Roger Bender (Ruthann) of Portsmouth; his close friends, Pat and Tom; and his sons, William and Christopher.
