He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufford Winn and Maltie Winn (Spencer). He is survived by: his siblings, Joey, Brian (Sherry), Jeff, Rufford Winn Jr. (Lina) and Loretta Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many aunts and uncles.
