He is survived by: his wife Rachel Henderson Carrier; his children, Braylon Lucero, Aden Lucero, Larissa Simkins (Steven) of Chillicothe, Selena Henderson of Chillicothe and Liliana Carrier; his brother Michael Carrier (Linda) of Circleville; and his grandchildren, Paisley, Kaliana and Avielle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
