He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Hubbard and Barbara Davis Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Penny Manchester Hubbard; his children, J. D. Jones (Alexis), Sarah Coleman (Eddie), Nichole Grilliot (Nate) and Danielle Hubbard (Chad); and his grandchildren, Gavin Montgomery, Breanna Conkel, Braiden Montgomery, Izaiah Conkel, Braxton Jones, Eli Conkel, Landon Conkel, Clover Jones and Teddy Grilliot.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home (1310 3rd St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
