He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Terressa Rosenberry Fegan Sr.; and his son James William Fegan Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Cavins Fegan; his children, Jonathan Wayne Fegan Sr. and Pamela Sue Fegan; and his siblings, Pat, Dorothy, Rosie and Peggy. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
