He was predeceased by: his father James Carter Morgan; and his sister Denise Hammer. He is survived by: his mother Paula Kaye Chapman Morgan of Portsmouth; and his children, Todd Dane Morgan (Courtney) of Portsmouth and Rebecca Morgan of Lucasville. He is also survived by 4 nephews.
