He was predeceased by: his daughter Beth Alex Deem; and his siblings, Bertie Riley, Zelma Bennett and Stanley Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Horr Adkins; his children, Laura Helmbrecht (Clint), Kelli Richardson (Shawn) and Jason Horr (Melissa); his sisters, Ann Cardenas (Art) and Bonnie Perdue; his grandchildren, Michael Richardson (Breonna), Matthew Richardson (Laiken), Mitchell Richardson (Sara), Tyler Horr, Casey Horr, Christian Helmbrecht and Annika Helmbrecht; and his great grandchild Anakin Richardson.
