He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Jane Brockett; and his siblings, Monroe Brockett, Harold Brockett, Myra Schreiber, Elva Rayder, Prudence Rayder and Evalena Longamore.

He is survived by: his son David Brockett of Powell; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Alison, Alexander and Natalie.
