He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Lake of Sciotoville; his grandchildren, Ryan Lore (Teah), Anthony Cooley (Jackie), Heather Meadows (Daniel), Jessica O'Connor (Charles), J. D. King (Andrea) and Jennifer King; his brother Ray Cooley (Marty); and his close friend Rick Sparks. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
