He was predeceased by : his parents, Evelyn Margaret Malone Cooper and Harold Edwin Cooper Sr.; his daughter Sandra Cooper; and his sister Patti Sue Chandler. He is survived by : his daughter Sharon Lea Cooper (Margaret Vacca) of Olmsted Twp; his sister Peggy Vastine of Wheelersburg; and his close friend Geraldine Johnson of Ashland, KY.

A graveside service was held on Friday, June 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (1618 Offnere St, Portsmouth, OH 45662).
