He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gene Breech and Joyce Darby Breech. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Clay of West Portsmouth, Shawnna Douglas of North Carolina, Chad Breech of Franklin Furnace and Dylan Breech of Portsmouth; and his siblings, Tony Breech of Londonderry and Tami Breech (Brian Carroll) of Lucasville. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
