In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Grady had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Grady may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Ratliff and Juanita Ratliff (Compton); and his brother Kermit Compton. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Brady Ratliff; his son Cole Ratliff; and his siblings, Bobby Ratliff and Pam Ratliff (Gary Parker). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
