It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Keith Mullins of Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Floella Wolfenbarger Mullins; his sister Brenda Mullins; and his close friend Connie Cooper. He is survived by: his daughters, Casey Toppins (Nick) of Portsmouth and Sarah Yarnell (Joey) of Wheelersburg, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Abby, Laynee, Landen, Liam, Ben and Layla; his siblings, Glenda Welch (Keith) of Quincy, Betty Davis (Tim) of Quincy, Kentucky and Jeff Mullins (Dodie) of Portsmouth, Ohio.; and also, Misty Cooper of Portsmouth, Brandon Cooper of Garrison and Alisha Cooper of New Boston, Ohio..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roberson Funeral Home (400 Main St, South Shore, KY 41175). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
