She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Osborne and Ruby Porter Osborne; and her sisters, Joyce Lee Lance (Osborne) and Carol Ann Osborne. She is survived by: her husband Patrick W. Payne; her daughter Tina Marie Franklin (Kevin) of Mt. Vernon, IN; and her grandchildren, Shayna Franklin and Shaun Franklin.
