She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kent and Mary Elizabeth Kouns Rowland; her sons-in-law, Joseph Bennett and Tyler Porginski; and her siblings, Harold Rowland, Olive "Polly" Lewis and Allie Covert.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Mack "Nick" Shaw; her children, Leonard Shaw, Jr. (Darrell Waddle) of Columbus, Judith Bennett of Chillicothe, Barbara Porginski of Portsmouth and Lenora Bernardo of Portsmouth; her siblings, Henry Rowland of Greenup Co and Elma Stevenson of South Portsmouth, KY; and her grandchildren, Jodi Bennett (Jeff Webb), Liza Bennett (Scott Lenik), Joseph "Joey" Bennett, Jr. (Kristin), Luke Porginski (Brandy Stiverson), Eve Phipps (Keith), Leslie Estep (Jason) and Samuel "Bo" Frowine.
