He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Charles Lykins; his wife Donna; his stepson Arthur Conley; and his siblings, Edward, Ronnie, Dewey, Melvin and Lorene Bowman (William).
He is survived by: his children, Lonnie of Cincinnati and Dena Bonbrisco (Patrick) of Ft. Myers Florida; and his stepchildren, Paul Conley (Sondie) of Portsmouth, Lynette Conley of Portsmouth and Beth Osterholt (Scott) of Dublin Ohio. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests donations in Wayne's memory be made to SOMC Hospice or a charity of your choice.
