She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Fugate and Sarah Fugate (Stacy); her husband Cephas Campbell; and her siblings, Vina Richards, Sue Young, Dorothy Hardin, Louann Hardin, Ethel Fugate and Troy Fugate.
She is survived by: her children, William Cephas Campbell (Susan) of Fort Myers, Barbara Kaye Wilder (Lewis) of Niceville, Linda Rae Horner (Chuck) of Portsmouth and Phillip Dale Campbell (Sharon) of Akron, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Mary Ann Wilder, David C. Horner, James A. Wilder, Michelle D. Horner, Emily A. Campbell and Amy Campbell; her brother Phillip Fugate (Dorothy) of Dayton; and also Winamac.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Ohio Medical Center or Nauvoo Methodist Church.
