Evans III and Charles Dallas Evans; and his siblings, Lisa Steele Evans, April Louann Rushford, Wendy Cleo Evans Boxx, Rodney Dallas Evans Sr. and Charles Robert Evans Sr.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
